What is an Amazon Shoppable Video?

It is a product-focused video created and uploaded by an approved Amazon Influencer. The video lives on the influencer's Amazon storefront and may become eligible for additional placement on Amazon, including a product detail page. Amazon controls review, approval, and placement.

A Shoppable Video is not a customer review, a verified-purchase review, or a promised rating. The influencer receives a product sample to demonstrate and discuss according to the approved creative brief.

What is Shoppable used for?

Brands use Shoppable Videos to show a real person opening, using, explaining, assembling, or demonstrating a product. These videos are designed to build trust, answer shopper questions, clarify product use, and support conversion. Sales, rankings, SEO improvements, and product-page placement are not guaranteed.

  3. After payment is confirmed, select Next to open the creative brief.

Creative direction

Complete the creative brief

The brief is the primary direction given to the influencer. Complete and review it carefully before submission because standard orders do not include creator approval, a draft approval round, or revisions.

1

Brand details Add the brand name, a useful description of the brand, and an optional logo.

2

Amazon product link Paste the product's Amazon.com detail-page URL. Shoppable uses the listing to retrieve available product information.

3

Video style Choose the format that best explains or demonstrates the product.

4

Talking points Provide three critical ideas the influencer should cover.

5

Content do's Explain what the creator should show, mention, or demonstrate.

6

Content don'ts Identify claims, visuals, topics, competitors, or wording the creator should avoid.

When something needs attention

Troubleshooting and support

My first purchase does not appear after sign-in.
Confirm that the Shoppable account uses the same email used during checkout. If it still does not appear, contact customer support with the purchase email and payment details.
Payment is still finalizing.
Allow the payment confirmation screen to refresh. If the order remains pending, contact support instead of placing a duplicate order.
I cannot finish the creative brief.
Check all required brand, product, video-style, and talking-point fields. AI suggestions are optional assistance and can be replaced with your own direction.
I need an influencer shipping address.
Wait until the order reaches Ship Samples, then open the Influencer information from My Orders. Shipping details become available after assignment.
I entered incorrect tracking information.
Contact customer support with the order ID, influencer, correct carrier, and correct tracking number.
The order is complete, but the video is not on my listing.
Order Complete means the influencer submitted the content. Amazon independently controls review time, approval, and placement.
